I found a great
web site and have to share it with you. If your life is
anything like mine, the last thing you want to do at the end of the day
is come
up with a great meal -- who needs the stress?
I’d be in the grocery store with no idea what I’m making for dinner
that week. There I am deciding my family’s nutrition on the fly. Or we
eat out and end up
paying for food that most of the time isn’t very good.
Since I’ve been
using My Online Meals, things have run much more smoothly at my
house. Every Wednesday I get an email that has five dinner recipes and
a
shopping list that is organized by grocery store department. I
print it all
out; add my paper and personal products to the list and head out to the
store. The recipes are broken down for 2, 4, or 6 servings and come
with suggestions
for side dishes. I have saved so much time and money by having a plan
each week. It really is a stress reliever for me because I work outside
the home and any time and mental energy I can save for other things is
worth it to me. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that this service
is great and I encourage you to check it out. You can find out more
about it here: MyOnlineMeals
Oh, I
almost forgot, they also have a message board that other cooks post
questions and recipes. If I have a question about one of the
recipes I can get
an answer from a real person. I visit the message board regularly and
give and get help on meal planning! Check out the message board here: MyOnlineMeals
